The unique position of the house and garden offers one of the best vantage points over Studland Bay and Old Harry Rocks. The house was once owned by British philosopher Bertrand Russell and it was here that he romanced Lady Morell. The property has a private pathway leading directly to the beach and, although the house and furnishings are basic, parents and children can really relax. Off road parking for two to three vehicles is available however there is no garage.
The accommodation comprises:
Ground floor: Large entrance hall. Sitting room with colour TV. Dining room with dining table and chairs. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room/cloak room.
First floor: Bedroom (1) with 5’ double bed and washbasin. Bedroom (2) with 5’ double bed. Bedroom (3) with twin beds. Bedroom (4) with three 2’6” single beds. Bedroom (5) with one 2’6” single bed and one 3’ single bed. Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet
Duvets and pillows provided. Calor gas central heating. Well behaved dogs and children with sandy feet welcome. All bookings are subject to a heating & hot water supplement, which is charged as follows: 1-4 persons £45 per week, 5-8 persons £65 per week and 9-11 persons £85 per week. A DAMAGES DEPOSIT OF £150 IS PAYABLE ON EACH BOOKING MADE.
