A spacious waterfront apartment occupying the first, second and third floors of a property in one of the finest positions in Swanage. The property has  panoramic sea views of Swanage Bay , with the town centre and main beach both within approximately 1/2 a mile. There is a slipway, shared with the neighbours, at the front of the property however no watercraft or Jet Skis are to be left there.

The accommodation comprises:

A staircase from the ground floor communal hallway up to the front door.

First floor: Lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player, easy seating plus window seats overlooking the bay. Completley refurbished Kitchen/diner with table seating eleven, built in gas hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer. Bathroom with bath (and shower over), toilet and basin. Bedroom (1) with a double bed and a cot.

Second floor: Bathroom with bath (and shower over), toilet and basin. Bedroom (2) with twin beds. Bedroom (3) with double bed and washbasin. Bedroom (4) with bunk beds and washbasin. Bedroom (5) with single bed and washbasin.

Third floor: Bedroom (6) with twin beds and sea views.

Duvets and pillows provided. Gas central heating. Parking for one car in the car park at the rear, which is shared with the other residents in the terrace. Children welcome. Damages deposit of £150 payable on each booking. Please note that there is no outside space available with this property. Also this property can sleep a maximum of ELEVEN PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN.
