1.Availability - Check our website (www.milesandson.co.uk), or telephone the office. Please note that some properties have restricted availability as the Owners like to use the property themselves. All hirings have to be accepted by the Owners before your booking is confirmed.

2.Change Over Days - Unless otherwise stated these are Saturdays. You may collect your keys after 3.00 pm and must vacate the property and return the keys by 10.00am on the day of departure. Key collection instructions will be sent with your arrival notes.

3.Short Breaks - Some owners accept short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights out of season, i.e. excluding the school summer holidays. 3 nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday or 4 nights: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

4.Beds, Bedding and Linen - Unless otherwise stated you need to provide your own linen and towels. This applies whether there are blankets or duvets. Bed sizes are given in the property description.

5.Cots and High Chairs - If they are not supplied at the property please enquire with Miles and Son if any may be available to hire.

6.Cleaning - Please leave the property as you would wish to find it as per the Conditions of Hire. The cleaners do not have sufficient time to provide more than a superficial check and a limited amount of cleaning. We rely on the goodwill of holidaymakers in this matter.

7.Payment - We are now able to accept major credit and debit cards at a 2% surcharge.
